Brenna Bolger | CEO
As founder and CEO of PRxDigital, Brenna has more than 40 years of communications experience in Silicon Valley collaborating with top business and government leaders. Brenna attracts talented staff and noteworthy clients. She’s helmed countless campaigns, utilizing branding, marketing, media relations and publicity as well as conceptual design and creative development, social media and videography. Brenna has conceived many major initiatives including Joint Venture: Silicon Valley and the VMC Foundation – the first non-profit foundation for a public hospital in the U.S. Brenna’s established relationships in the Valley, as well as throughout California and the U.S., prove invaluable for clients seeking introductions to key influencers. A member of Santa Clara University’s first undergraduate class that included women, Brenna received a bachelor’s degree in history and philosophy.
Thuy Nguyen | COO
Thuy oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of PRxDigital. She sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and establishes policies that promote company culture and vision. Thuy supports new business development efforts and manages the agency’s digital and print clipping collection. Fluent in Vietnamese, she verifies the accuracy of Vietnamese language materials produced for clients, a key asset for the agency as San Jose now boasts the greatest number of Vietnamese residents in any U.S. City. Terry Downing | Vice President
Terry manages the PRxDigital team trafficking staff duties to ensure the absolute best quality campaigns are developed and executed for clients. Terry writes proposals and identifies potential new business opportunities. She oversees the firm’s entire roster of clients ensuring their goals and expectations are not only met but exceeded. Prior to joining the agency, Terry worked as development and outreach manager for Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley. She also worked for Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital, where she served as a parent mentor and conducted marketing and fundraising. Additionally, she founded and owned Video Estate video production company. A graduate of Presentation High School Class of 1983, Terry received a bachelor’s degree in radio/television from San Jose State University.
Jennifer Van Every | Vice President of Public Relations
With more than 25 years of experience working with corporations and nonprofits, Jennifer helps clients achieve business and organizational objectives through public relations activities that build dialogue, shape perceptions and spur action. At PRxDigital, she is responsible for creating publicity campaigns and communicating with the media to create positive public images for our clients. Prior to joining PRxDigital, Jennifer founded The Van Every Group, a Silicon Valley-based consulting company providing strategic communications and marketing to clients including Altera, Gardner Health Services, HomeFirst and Intel. Jennifer’s previous roles include senior global PR manager at Xilinx; director of communications at HomeFirst Services; and director of public relations at Coakley Heagerty. Her areas of expertise include media relations, content development, crisis communications, social media, branding and event planning. Jennifer received a bachelor’s degree in U.S. history from San Francisco State University.
Kim Ratcliff | Senior Account Manager
Kim Ratcliff is PRxDigital's top-notch storyteller. She writes everything from press releases and social media to articles and corporate communications. Her creativity and newsworthy angles have helped garner media coverage for many of our clients including Hunger at Home, Republic Urban Properties, Coastal Kids, Sandis Engineering and Home First Services. A journalist for 20 years, Kim's print and digital features have appeared in The Mercury News, Los Angeles Times, In Style, Sunset, Parents, Seventeen and Entertainment Weekly. A versatile writer, Kim crafts digital marketing content for a variety of industries including real estate, health care, interior design/architecture, hospitality, philanthropy, higher education, and health and wellness. She received a bachelor degree in journalism and psychology from San Diego State University.
Claire Sulek | Account Manager
Claire is responsible for account, project and operations management. She also handles media and public relations, as well as community and new business outreach. Claire has a strong background in community relations and impact-oriented community organizing and research. She previously worked for Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley, and as an operations analyst at an international Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). In the later role, Claire took great pride in co-creating a professional curriculum on local capacity strengthening that was administered to 50 NGO managers in Botswana. She received a bachelor’s degree in business finance from San Diego State University.
Lucas Domine | Account Assistant
Lucas is PRxDigital’s Google analytics expert analyzing various client websites’ key performance metrics. Future campaigns are then structured based on this data to ensure maximum success. Along with creating reports to help track company goals, Lucas is involved with social media management and content creation.
Rachel Sumi | Senior Writer
Rachel produces a variety of writing and communications projects for clients, including digital content, press releases, newsletters, annual reports, articles, op-eds, and research and policy documents. She has deep experience in content development and strategic messaging, and a clear, concise writing style. Rachel has a deadline mentality, and topnotch editorial and proofreading skills. She’s responsible for developing effective messaging, cultivating media contacts and placing articles in various media outlets. Rachel’s current roster includes Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley, Valley Medical Center Foundation, Toeniskoetter, Inc., along with various projects for Santa Clara County. She received a bachelor’s degree in political science from UC Davis.
Jordan Henderson | Digital Content Strategist
In his role, as photographer and videographer, Jordan is responsible for creating engaging visual content. In addition to focusing on creative content, he’s also responsible for the technical side of the execution, often working in conjunction with our marketing, public relations and creative experts to ensure our clients receive a cohesive messaging across a variety of platforms.
Marilyn is PRxDigital’s graphic designer/photographer. She creates graphics for our clients’ social media, e-blasts/newsletters and any print display needs such as banners, A-frames, posters, business cards, etc. Marilyn takes photos at our press conferences and events. She’s also adept at portrait photography and Japanese-style illustrations using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Prior to joining PRxDigital, Marilyn worked for Dainese Inc., a motorcycle apparel company. In that role, she launched marketing campaigns for racing trade shows along with marketing strategies, including eye-catching graphics, for nine Dainese retail stores across the U.S. Marilyn received a bachelor’s degree in business economics from UC Irvine.
Colin Chen | Digital Content Assistant
Colin assists with social media management and strategy for client accounts. He builds digital press releases and alerts in our email marketing platforms. He also assists with videography and video editing to help produce visual content. Colin received a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from University of California, Irvine.
Briana Gallo | Digital Marketing Coordinator
Briana builds digital newsletters for PRxDigital as well as for our clients, culling engaging content for each monthly communication. She also manages PRx Digital’s social media, ensuring our channels are updated regularly compelling content. Briana is a graduate of Presentation High School Class of 2019.
