Who We Are
Brenna Bolger | CEO
As founder and CEO of PRxDigital, Brenna has more than 40 years of communications experience in Silicon Valley collaborating with top business and government leaders. Brenna attracts talented staff and noteworthy clients. She’s helmed countless campaigns, utilizing branding, marketing, media relations and publicity as well as conceptual design and creative development, social media and videography. Brenna has conceived many major initiatives including Joint Venture: Silicon Valley and the VMC Foundation – the first non-profit foundation for a public hospital in the U.S. Brenna’s established relationships in the Valley, as well as throughout California and the U.S., prove invaluable for clients seeking introductions to key influencers. A member of Santa Clara University’s first undergraduate class that included women, Brenna received a bachelor’s degree in history and philosophy.
Thuy Nguyen | COO
Thuy oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of PRxDigital. She sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and establishes policies that promote company culture and vision. Thuy supports new business development efforts and manages the agency’s digital and print clipping collection. Fluent in Vietnamese, she verifies the accuracy of Vietnamese language materials produced for clients, a key asset for the agency as San Jose now boasts the greatest number of Vietnamese residents in any U.S. City. Thuy received a bachelor’s degree in finance and information systems management from San Jose State University.
Terry Downing | Vice President
Terry manages the PRxDigital team tracking staff duties to ensure the absolute best quality campaigns are developed and executed for clients. Terry writes proposals and identifies potential new business opportunities. She oversees the firm’s entire roster of clients ensuring their goals and expectations are not only met but exceeded. Prior to joining the agency, Terry worked as development and outreach manager for Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley. She also worked for Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital, where she served as a parent mentor and conducted marketing and fundraising. Additionally, she founded and owned Video Estate video production company. Terry received a bachelor’s degree in radio/television from San Jose State University.
Pam Kelly | Senior Account Manager
Pam is an accomplished marketing communications professional who, in her 30-year career, has honed a diverse range of skills and developed deep relationships in the Silicon Valley community. Pam excels at grassroots and multi-ethnic community outreach, cultivating relationships with multiple stakeholders including media, nonprofit organizations, foundations, small businesses, corporations and educational institutions. She is seasoned in media relations; managing digital and social media platforms; developing and executing traditional and social media marketing plans, public relations and advertising campaigns; and event coordination, including strategic planning and project management. Pam’s current clients at PRxD include Valley Medical Center Foundation, St. Francis Center of Redwood City, Coastal Kids Home Care, Presentation High School and Symbihom. She graduated from San Jose State University with a B. A. in Environmental Studies and a Minor in Health and Nutrition.
Margaret Rich | Account Executive
Margaret Rich, Account Executive, expertly manages a variety of accounts. Whether it is a non-profit or for-profit client, Margaret’s clear communication and attention to detail ensures maximum client satisfaction with every aspect of their account, from operations to media, and public relations. She also contributes to new business and community outreach, as well as interviewing, onboarding, and training incoming interns. With a degree in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno, Margaret finds herself employing her degree to its fullest potential. Her favorite aspect of the industry is when she is able to utilize her artistic skills through graphic design, networking, creating shot sheets, directing a video shoot, or even writing an eloquently crafted email.
Kim Ratcliff | Senior Writer
Kim Ratcliff is PRxDigital's top-notch storyteller. She writes everything from press releases and social media to articles and corporate communications. Her creativity and newsworthy angles have helped garner media coverage for many of our clients including Hunger at Home, Republic Urban Properties, Coastal Kids, Sandis Engineering and Home First Services. A journalist for 20 years, Kim's print and digital features have appeared in The Mercury News, Los Angeles Times, In Style, Sunset, Parents, Seventeen and Entertainment Weekly. A versatile writer, Kim crafts digital marketing content for a variety of industries including real estate, health care, interior design/architecture, hospitality, philanthropy, higher education, and health and wellness. She received a bachelor degree in journalism and psychology from San Diego State University.
Rachel Sumi | Senior Writer
Rachel produces a variety of writing and communications projects for clients, including digital content, press releases, newsletters, annual reports, articles, op-eds, and research and policy documents. She has deep experience in content development and strategic messaging, and a clear, concise writing style. Rachel has a deadline mentality, and top-notch editorial and proofreading skills. She’s responsible for developing effective messaging, cultivating media contacts and placing articles in various media outlets. Rachel’s current roster includes Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley, Valley Medical Center Foundation, Toeniskoetter, Inc., along with various projects for Santa Clara County. She received a bachelor’s degree in political science from UC Davis.
Jeremiah Ysip | Video Content Specialist
Jeremiah is a producer, director, cinematographer and editor based in the Bay Area whose work has earned 11 NorCal Emmy Awards, including two Best in Cinematography NorCal Emmy Awards, multiple NorCal Emmy Nominations, three New York Film Festival finalist recognitions, three San Francisco Press awards, and has been twice recognized at the PromaxBDA LocalAwards. Jeremiah started covering the news in 2003, including at Univision and KPIX 5 – CBS Bay Area, before branching out into documentaries, commercials, film and features ranging from sports and food to lifestyle, and social issues.
Jordan Henderson | Digital Content Strategist
In his role as photographer and videographer, Jordan is responsible for creating engaging visual content. In addition to focusing on creative content, he’s also responsible for the technical side of the execution, often working in conjunction with our marketing, public relations and creative experts to ensure our clients receive cohesive messaging across a variety of platforms.
Marilyn Nguyen | Marketing Design Associate
Marilyn is PRxDigital’s graphic designer/photographer. As a prominent photographer for influencers and content creators, her Instagram account boasts well over 50,000 followers. Marilyn channels her talent to create graphics for our clients’ social media, e-blasts/newsletters, and any print display needs such as banners, A-frames, posters, business cards, etc. Her photos at our press conferences and events create a stunning visual record for clients. She’s also adept at portrait photography and Japanese-style illustrations using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Prior to joining PRxDigital, Marilyn worked for Dainese Inc., a motorcycle apparel company. In that role, she launched marketing campaigns for racing trade shows along with marketing strategies, including eye-catching graphics, for nine Dainese retail stores across the U.S. Marilyn received a bachelor’s degree in business economics from University of California, Irvine.
Erin Jang | Project Coordinator
Erin is a project coordinator at PRxDigital and is responsible for overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns for a variety of clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. She received her bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Kathryn Lebaron | Account Coordinator
Kathryn builds digital newsletters for PRxDigital as well as for our clients, culling engaging content for each monthly communication. She also manages PRx Digital’s social media, ensuring our channels are updated regularly compelling content.
Jennifer Van Every | Consultant
Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience in a wide range of communications and marketing activities working with Silicon Valley-based corporations and nonprofits. In her role as Consultant, she helps clients achieve their business and organizational objectives through public relations activities that build dialogue, shape perceptions and spur action. Prior to joining PRxDigital, Jennifer founded The Van Every Group - a Silicon Valley-based consulting company providing strategic communications and marketing to clients like Altera, Gardner Health Services, HomeFirst, and Intel. Her areas of expertise include content development, media relations, social media, demand generation, executive and employee communications, speech writing, branding and event planning. Past roles also include Director of Communications at Home First, Director of Public Relations at Coakley Heagerty, and Global Senior Public Relations Manager at Xilinx. Jennifer is actively engaged in many philanthropic activities, particularly those aimed at ending hunger and homelessness and building more affordable housing. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in United States History from San Francisco State University. She lives in the Willow Glen area of San Jose with her husband and son.
